Autoclave Door Bracket
Description
An International Aerospace client had issues with their large autoclaves wearing out the door hinges. These doors were massive and the hinges were extremely expensive to keep replacing. RWM’s help was enlisted to provide a custom spring loaded caster to support the weight of the door and a bracket to mount the caster at an adjustable height based on varying ground conditions on site.

Designed to work in conjunction with an RWM shock absorbing caster to support a large autoclave door and relieve the pressure and excessive wear from the door hinges.
