Mobile PFD (Personal Flotation Device) Rack
Description
RWM consulted with an ergonomic issue plaguing personnel when mobilizing special racks of personal flotation devices (PFD’s) used by their customers. Employees were straining to move the existing racks from the storage facility out to the pick up point. RWM addressed several ergonomic concerns by using quality casters designed to operate ergonomically in an outdoor and constantly wet environment while designing the new racks to hold more PFD’s and enable users to more safely interact with the rack.
